TWO FIRST PILOTS · MEASURE THE RESULT
Choose one workflow.
Keep the scope clear.
Start with one bounded work unit and agree on acceptance checks before work. Both pilots require a named person on your team to review the result.
TaskBrio · Technical work
One contained code change or diagnostic question in one repository and a test or staging environment. Up to five changed source/test files; your engineer controls merge and release.
See the technical pilot →WorkTavo · Office support
Up to ten nonurgent written inquiries using one approved service-information pack. Receive response drafts and a handoff list; your staff approve and send every message.
See the office pilot →The technical offer excludes production operations and migrations. Office support excludes calls, emergency dispatch and automatic bookings. Each pilot has its own scope and acceptance checks.
APPROVED PRICES · LAUNCH READINESS PENDING
Start with a
$499 pilot.
One bounded work unit, an acceptance checklist and one consolidated correction round. Setup completed in the pilot is not charged again.
USD. Prices are approved; customer terms, payment acceptance and service-readiness checks must be completed before launch. This preview takes no orders or payments.
Bounded monthly plans
- Focus — $499/month: 2 work units.
- Steady — $999/month: 4 work units.
- Extended — $1,999/month: 8 work units.
One repository or office workflow per subscription. One active item at a time; additional requests queue. Agree on each unit’s scope before work.
Recurring plans follow an accepted pilot and validated delivery costs. The office-support Extended plan remains on hold until pilot results validate its value and cost.
One correction round within the agreed scope. Customer-specific software, connections and unusual usage require a separate approved quote.
TWO FIRST PRIORITIES · THREE LATER CONCEPTS
Start with useful,
repeatable work.
TaskBrio technical work and WorkTavo written-inquiry support are the first planned pilots, after service readiness. PlanBrio, Crewvian and Proofrill stay prepared for later.
Next to validate: document and data workflows. Check supplied fields and totals, flag exceptions and prepare a reviewed export. Customer connections need separate qualification; this is not a new active offer.
